Billing Services

What are the cost’s associated with your service?
Our pricing is specific to your office and your practice needs. Our cost to you is always a percentage of what we collect. This means the more successful we are, the more money we make. Our cost is ultimately performance based. This makes us extremely aggressive in our submittal, follow-up and collections. We offer such a wide variety of services. We prefer to assess exactly what your preferences entail before we quote any pricing. However, rest assured that DRS Solutions will offer you the most cost effective way for you to manage the medical billing for your office. 

What services do you offer?
Patient Eligibility Verification, Expert Medical Coding, Complete Claims Processing, Claim Audits, Invoicing to Patients, Customer Billing Inquiries, Financial Spreadsheets & Statistical Reports. We will assign a dedicated Account Executive (or more than one, depending on the size of your practice) to your account. This person then handles all aspects of your billing needs — entering charges, submitting claims, sending patient statements, following up, and answering patient billing questions, and is also the liaison between your practice and us. 

If I hire you, how would you be different from our current service?
I don't know how your current service operates, but I do know that once I have a client they are a client for life. I make sure your best interests are being served at all times. Besides the fact our cash flow is based upon our performance, our service is top notch, and comes with a personal touch. I can guarantee quality. I can promise we will be the most accountable, accessible billing service in the world. I can guarantee you we will fight to get every dollar owed to you. 

How soon can I begin sending electronic claims?
We can begin sending electronic claims to all commercial insurance companies, such as Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and many others, within 48 hours. However, a few payers, such as Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, may require your providers to sign and file an insurance-specific enrollment form before you can submit electronic claims. Once these payers process your enrollment form, typically within 5-15 days, you can begin sending electronic claims to these payers. 

Are you HIPAA-compliant? 
Absolutely. DRS Solutions is fully compliant with HIPAA.

What kind of reports will I get? 
There are a variety of reports available. The standard package includes comprehensive monthly reports that confirm productivity such as the amount of charges, insurance payments, patient payments, and aged receivables.

What is your process for qualifying candidates?
Once we have been advised of your specific healthcare staffing need including details of the position and the hiring option (direct hire/full-time, local contract), we will go to work for you following our proven method.

1.A comprehensive search is conducted from our network of candidates to identify the most qualified individual(s) to match your need. We have a network of highly skilled Medical Front Office Staff, Office Managers, Medical Billers/ Coders, Medical Assistants, Receptionists/ Front Desk Coordinators, Data Entry Professionals, File Clerks, General Office Assistants, and More!!!
2.We will conduct a personal interview of each candidate.
3.We will perform extensive and comprehensive reference and background checks. 
4.The most qualified candidate(s) are presented to you for your review.
5.We will arrange for you to interview the candidate(s) you select.
6.YOU make the final decision.
7.We present your healthcare job offer to the candidate of your choice.
8.We handle all arrangements to ensure the candidate(s) arrives on the date and time you specify.

How can I find out about your rates?
Because each role is different, we do not offer a "set" rate.  Our rates vary depending on the skill set, experience and quality of the candidates. Contact us and we will be happy to provide you more information about our healthcare staffing rates.
